We know it works out best if you can plan ahead, so we have set up a schedule for practices. However, please understand that this might change as we go. Please be understanding. Also, the time specified on each day is the time of the entire practice. Your child may be finished a bit earlier. They will be allowed to stay and work on homework or call you to pick them up. Again, thanks for your understanding.

Please remember that this experience is a team effort. It helps the children understand that everyone is important and deserves respect, every child and every parent involved. Your child may be a quick study or they may not, but every time they do not attend rehearsal ALL of the children are effected. Time is spent adjusting for those who are not there singing their part or dancing with their partner. Then time must be spent getting them caught up and making changes when they do come to rehearsal.

We regret that we must now have a policy regarding unexcused absences. Three or more unexecused absences or "leaving practices early" will result in the part being recast. Excused absences include illness and a death in the family. Please contact us If you have any questions or if your child will be missing a rehearsal due to illness, please contact us by e-mail as soon as possible. E-mail is the preferred contact method since, due to the rehearsal schedule, we are frequently away from our telephones. If it is after 12 noon and your child went home from school due to illness, please telephone AND send an e-mail, so that we won't worry about his or her absence.
